standalone structure providing heating & cooling to JPS Hospital complex. If they'd hung 30.05's on it, I'd say 'Valid'. But they're using a 46.03 sign like the rest of the hospital complex. On a building that provides NO medical services....so does this actually meet the 46.03 statutory requirements?
