This sign is questionable on the "conspicuous" requirement as the windows are extremely dark and the sign blends in, but the language and lettering looks legal. However, I did expect to see the sign as on the opposite end of the window (to the right) is a no gun symbol (gun with red circle). Looks to me like they have simply relocated the text portion of the 30.07 sign all the way to the left. This is immaterial to the discussion but there was one of Frisco's finest (uniformed FPD) inside so I'm
