During the day it is a restaurant, but since it is a honky-tonk in the evenings it appears the majority of their revenue is derived from the sale of alcohol hence the 51% sign. The sign is not readily noticeable and if one is going there to eat during the day, there are no other indications that the place is off-limits because of the evening alcohol sales!
