I went there to drop off a gun I was shipping to Smith & Wesson for repairs, and I had to disarm before going in... ...which was weird, because I was bringing in a gun to ship. They required me to open the box and let them inspect the gun to make sure it was unloaded.

You enter patient registration through two sets of auto opening glass doors and it's on the fixed glass panel to the right of the inside set of automatic doors. It's white letters on glass and with the doors open the background obscures it, so it's not that easy to see. They also provide written notification at registration when you sign the form that lists the things you agree to in order to receive services.
